Step 1 – All Users must have an NCID. o If you do not have an NCID, go to ncid.nc.gov and click on Register! The NC FAST Provider Portal is currently undergoing regularly scheduled maintenance. Regularly scheduled availability is from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, Monday through Saturday, and from 12:00 noon to 9:00 pm on Sunday. The NC FAST Provider Portal is not available during system maintenance weekends, which are typically the second weekend of each month.
